Delivery
By Post – Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail within the UK. Orders sent within the UK should be dispatched with 3-4 days after then the order has been placed. It should then arrive within 7 business days after dispatch, but please allow extra time for busier periods for example Christmas.
If we cannot complete the order for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you have any concerns over delivery timings please contact us so we can ensure with us so that we can personally ensure your order gets to you. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). please contact us.

By Collection – Orders can be collected from either Taynton Farm Foods Farm Shop in Taynton, Gloucestershire. Or from one of our regular market. Please select location during the order checkout.
Please allow a week before collecting cheeses.

Payment
Payment taken through the site is made using PayPal site and software. If you don’t have a Paypal.com account during checkout you can choose to check out as guest and still make payment via credit or debit card.
Dispatch
For Cheeses by Post: We aim to dispatch your orders within 24-48hrs of order being placed – providing items are in stock. While we aim to keep the website up to date with current stock levels, occasionally if items are out of stock we will contact you and advise you on how long before items might be ready for dispatch.
For Cheeses by Collection : If collecting from market the order will be availble at our next visit to the market location or next day from the farm shop. We will contact you via the email provided when the order is placed if we have any problems getting your order to the location of your choice.

Returns Policy
We don’t accept returns of cheese products or other perishable goods. For more information, visit our terms and conditions page. In the unlikely event that there is a quality concern around your cheese we may ask you to send us some photos to help us better understand the issue. Contact us
Damaged Goods
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage which occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. However, should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods, let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier’s insurers. If the parcel you receive is battered, please note the fact when you sign for it, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as “Damaged package; goods not yet inspected” to warn the carrier that a claim may follow.
If your order is delayed
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your delivery, please let us know as soon as you are aware of the issue. We will be happy to follow up directly with the courier on your behalf.
Refunds
All refunds will be issued back to you using the method of payment you provided when the order was made – therefore as orders on our site are taken via PayPal.com website/software – the refund will be issued using this system.
